Tax Breaks for Companies

If you are an entrepreneur or company executive and you wish to donate to the Roberto Wirth Fund Onlus, you can choose among the following tax breaks:

Income tax breaks up to 10% of the declared income and up to a maximum of Euro 70.000,00 (Art.14 del decreto legge n°35 del 14/03/05 afterwards converted to law n°80 del 14/05/05).

Income tax breaks for a donation up to Euro 2.065,83 or equal to 2% of the income (art. 65 comma 2 lettera c-sexies del D.P.R. 22 dicembre 1986, n. 917 - Testo Unico).
